Objectives of Class:

  1. Understand what Resilience means in your organisation
  2. Understand the connection between Mindfulness and Resilience
  3. Experience different mindfulness practices

Duration: Two hours

Class Structure:

  • 50 – 60 minutes : Mindfulness practices (Movement, Bodyscan, Breathing)
  • 30 – 35 minutes : team work and inter-group discussions
  • 30 – 35 minutes : didactic teachings and video input
    • Neuroplasticity
    • Components of Resilience
    • Scientific basis of Mindfulness
  • 5 – 10 minutes : review of organisation’s Resilience Survey Results
