Summary:

This MWorks Program is based on the MBSR syllabus, but tailored specifically to building the resilience of individuals in the workplace.

Primary Objective:

MWorks helps people become more aware of what is actually happening in the present moment, giving them additional time and space to respond more wisely to difficult situations when they arise.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Reduces stress and anxiety in the workplace
  • Improves employee engagement and performance
  • Enhances resilience, emotional intelligence and inter-personal relationships

Duration:

  • 8 Weeks

Format:

  • 8 x 1 hour sessions + 1 day practice workshop

Schedule:

  • Can be run anytime during or after office hours

Location:

  • Onsite or offsite (additional cost)

Optimal Group Size:

  • 15 to 25

Participants:

  • Aimed at mid and upper organisational leadership

  • Week Six : Being With Someone
  • Week Seven : Practicing Care
  • Week Eight : Remembering

1 Day Practice Workshop : 6 hours of practice

Daily practices to be completed outside of class time.

This eight week course will be largely based on experiential practices, inter-mixed with group discussions and some didactic teachings.
