About Us

MindCul provides ‘Mindfulness’ training and consulting to organisations. Specifically it offers MWorks, a flexible training program that is designed to make individuals more mindful which in turn increases their resilience. Based in Dublin, MindCul works largely in the UK and Ireland and led by Cormac Lynch who brings extensive mindfulness training and business experience to client organisations.

Courses

MWorks In-person
Aimed at improving the resilience of employees. Eight 1 hour classes plus practice day.
MWorks Online
Similar to MWorks In-person but done through the Zoom video platform. More flexibility for very busy individuals. Eight 1 hour classes plus practice day.
MBSR
Similar to MWorks but offered to private individuals in community settings. Eight 2 hour classes plus practice day.
